SS 310S pipe is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel pipe containing about 25% chromium and 20% nickel. This chemistry gives stainless steel 310 / 310S pipes outstanding oxidation resistance and strength at very high temperatures, where 304 and 316 would scale and weaken.
Innovative Corporation supplies SS 310S seamless and welded pipes for furnace parts, radiant tubes, burner nozzles, kiln components, heat-treatment fixtures and thermal processing equipment, against order with complete test certificates.
310S (low carbon) is preferred for welded fabrications and resists sensitisation better than standard 310. It is used in cement and steel plants, refinery heaters, boiler components and incinerators. For high-temperature service with chlorides, contact our team for alternative alloys.

SS 310S pipe can be used up to about 1100 °C in continuous dry oxidising service and around 1035 °C in intermittent service.
310S has lower carbon (0.08% max) than 310 (0.25% max), giving better weldability and resistance to sensitisation.
