Food Grade Stainless Steel Pipe
A SS sanitary pipe (also called a dairy tube or food grade stainless steel pipe) is a thin-wall, precision tube with a smooth, crevice-free internal surface that can be cleaned in place (CIP) and sterilised. Innovative Corporation supplies ASTM A270 sanitary tubes in SS 304 and SS 316L together with matching SS dairy fittings – TC clamps, ferrules, bends, tees and valves.
Internal surfaces are mechanically polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm as standard, with electropolished (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm) tubes available for pharma and biotech systems.
